Homeowner Loans

Homeowner loans allow you to release the money tied up in your property to help pay for other expenses. Some people choose to use homeowner loans to consolidate debts from credit cards and pay them off over a longer period of time, benefiting from a low rate of interest. You will potentially pay more interest by consolidating if the loan is increased and the term is extended.

These type of loans can be used for any purpose but all are secured on the value of your property. If you are still paying a mortgage on your home, the homeowner lender will have a 'second charge' on the property, with the mortgage company holding the 'first charge'.

We compare rates and lenders to find the one that is most appropriate to you, no matter what your circumstances. Both employed and self-employed people can take out a homeowner loan and those with a history of arrears, defaults or CCJs are not excluded.

We treat each person individually, looking at your circumstances and current commitments before we recommend a loan to you. Contact us on 01277 222932 to take the hard work out of finding the right deal.

Think carefully before securing other debts against your home, your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
